1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zappnin mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zappnin.

2. Our Service

Zappnin helps people discover local events and keep track of venues and events they are interested in. Depending on the features available to you, the app may let you:

• Browse and search for events near you
• View event details including dates, times, prices, and descriptions
• Follow venues to receive notifications about their events
• RSVP to indicate your interest in attending events
• Manage venue-related features where we give you access to them

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Some features require an account. You may sign in using:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Email and password

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Location and Notifications

Zappnin can use your chosen location to show relevant events. You can choose to use your device location or set a location manually in the app. If you enable notifications, we may send updates about venues you follow or event changes.

Location services and notifications are optional and can usually be changed in your device settings or within the app.

5. Event Information and RSVPs

Zappnin brings together event and venue information from third parties and other sources. We aim to present useful and up-to-date information, but event details can change and may sometimes be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

An RSVP in the app is only an indication of interest. It does not guarantee entry, a reservation, a ticket, or that an event will go ahead as listed.

6. Venue Features

If we give you access to venue-management features, you must only use them for a venue you are authorised to manage and should take reasonable care that information you publish or edit is accurate and up to date.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Zappnin in a way that is unlawful or that interferes with the app or our systems. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app, accounts, or servers
• misuse the app to harm others or disrupt the service
• use the app in a way that breaches applicable law

8. Intellectual Property

Zappnin, including our branding, app design, and original content, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except where the law allows this.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the app from time to time. We will try to act reasonably, but we do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.

10. Suspension, Deletion, and Ending Use

You can stop using Zappnin at any time. You can also delete your account through the app settings where that option is available. We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached, or where we need to protect the service, users, or the public.

11. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that result from event organisers, venues, or third parties changing or cancelling events, providing inaccurate information, or failing to admit you. We are also not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you started using the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. If you continue to use Zappnin after the updated terms take effect, the updated terms will apply.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings there. Otherwise, disputes relating to these terms will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
